Halewood lies approximately seven miles south east of Liverpool bordering on to the greenbelt. It was part of Lancashire until 1974 when the boundaries were altered and it became part of Merseyside in the newly formed Borough of Knowsley.

We have recently completed a major - but sympathetic - development of the building, improving access to the church, providing a comfortable and welcoming interior with better heating, lighting and seating. Fund-raising and giving continue to enable us to meet the costs of completing the whole project.

We have also completed the the renovation and protection of our William Morris windows

As well as sacrificial giving by the church family and wider community, we have been very pleased to receive grants from The Ibstock Environmental Trust, The Heritage Lottery Fund, Biffaward and Veolia Environmental Trust.

The people of Halewood love and treasure their church and intend to maintain it as a central hub of the local community.

If you can help in any way, please visit our appeal pages.
